Parcháte en Spanish is an online Colombian Spanish school offering group classes, private lessons, and cultural language programs. Our services are provided through our website at parchatespanish.com, and include booking, scheduling via Calendly, and payment processing via Stripe.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You may register using your email address or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

4. Classes, Bookings & Credits

When you purchase a class or credit package, you gain access to book sessions through our platform. Please note:

• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used
• Class bookings must be made in advance via the scheduling system
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to avoid losing credits
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes in exceptional circumstances, with notice provided

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. By completing a purchase, you authorise the applicable charge. All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at info@parchatespanish.com within 7 days of purchase if you have a concern.

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a welcoming, respectful learning environment. By using our services, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or disrespect teachers or other students
• Share class recordings or materials without written permission
• Use the platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on parchatespanish.com — including lesson materials, videos, texts, and branding — is the property of Parcháte en Spanish. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services in good faith, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parcháte en Spanish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
